Refund policy

Move-Out Packet is free during early access, and nothing is charged. We will tell you before paid plans start, and no card is ever charged without you choosing a plan.

Once paid plans start

• Each tenancy is a one-time payment ($24 per tenancy, or $15 for a move-out-only packet). There is no subscription to cancel.
• If you are not happy, email hello@moveoutpacket.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
• If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra payment whenever you tell us.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Who handles the payment

Payments will be processed by our reseller, which handles checkout, sales tax and refunds on our behalf. Its name will appear on your receipt and card statement. Your rights under your local consumer law are not affected by this policy.
